Who is behind "Chez Vous Wine Tasting"

My name is Sylvia, I have been a sommelier for 20 years.
​
I worked in many restaurants, but also as a cellarman in a wine shop, passing through Paris, Aix en Provence, Tulle, Poitiers, New Jersey (USA).
​
Based in Alsace, passionate about my profession and the desire to share my knowledge, I decided to open my home wine tasting company and create a tasting club accessible to everyone.
​
I also work in a biodynamic winery.
It was obvious, a wish, to learn how to work the vine, to be at the heart of the subject in order to be able to deepen my knowledge and talk to you about terroir, winemaking and many other subjects.

First of all, wine is synonymous with sharing!

I offer tasting courses in French, and in English, the price varies according to the request of the theme you wish to address.
