Tasting club in Sierentz (Haut Rhin)

Once a month, I invite you to discover a French, European or even world vineyard.
​
During the sessions, we approach the 3 stages of tasting (visual, olfactory and gustatory).
We talk about the estates, the history of the winegrowers, the method of cultivation and the vinification.
​
Each appellation tasted is accompanied by a tapas, with the idea of guiding you, advising you on your food and wine pairings during your next meals with family or friends.
